These rooms are block under the name “West Fargo Fusion.”  Any rooms remaining in the block will be released 10 days prior to arrival date. 

**Individuals will be required to call and reserve their room with a valid credit card prior to the cutoff date to guarantee and ensure availability and rate.

Any changes or cancellations must be done 3 days prior. After that reservations are locked in and reservations will still be charged for cancellations or early departure.

The rooms are all 2 double queens, with the exception of 1 Executive King Suite with a pull out queen bed in our block. If you need something else, you can ask but not guaranteed to be available as they are mostly booked up.
